Practice Pieces thanks to dear sweet Fred, my sandbox now features... SHADE!... making it much more functional for much more of the year.

These pieces were practice runs for the sculpture we created for the duo event at the World Championship. (See that sculpture here.) It featured Alice going through the looking glass into a weird, surreal world. Above is the best female face I have carved to date - unfortunately, I was unable to recreate it to my satisfaction with Harrison sand....
