Okay -- calling a drunk spring breaker "irresistable" and a sand castle "immovable" may be stretching things a bit... but what the hell?

This sculpture was inspired by an actual event that happened a few years back involving a drunk spring breaker, a sand castle, a fed-up sand sculptor with a very long, very pointed knife, and a sacrificial football.

This time, the breaker had some help in the form of very high wind-driven tides that wiped out 75% of my first day's work.

Oh well. I knew the hazards when I took this job.
